Tasting Note: Even in the early 1990s, begining to show some maturity; very good, rich, vegetal fragrance; ripe sweetness, full bodied, touch of bitterness, inimitable aftertaste. Now mature, singed, spicy Pinot, seeming unknit at first but opened up fragrantly and the small amount left in my glass holding well for over four hours. Good, firm, fullish, flavoury.
