Third quarter of the 17th Century 
With curved tapering body of flattened cowhorn engraved with a hound below an enlarged plant on one side and with a leaping stag on the other, with pivoted nozzle closure of moulded iron engaging a moulded long spring on one side, and large iron basal cap formed with a transverse double-aperture key, a single key projecting from the back-edge, engraved with an elaborate flower over the base and with a detailed trophy-of-arms over both sides.
