A large celadon tripod censer, Ming Dynasty
Standing on three animal mask feet, moulded on the exterior of the shallow curving body with horizontal ribs dividing bands of scrolling foliage, a band of flower-head bosses below the incurving rim, all under an olive glaze; and a smaller similar censer, under a pale bluish-green glaze -- maximum 12¾ in. (32.5 cm.) diam. (2)
