A famille rose coral-ground baluster vase, 19th Century
Enamelled with two large panels of cranes, lingzhi, pine and branches of fruiting peach, divided by a smaller roundel of a cat and butterflies beside flowers on one side and a bird on a branch on the other, all reserved on a coral ground gilt with bats in flight amongst clouds, blue enamel Yongzheng four-character mark within a double square -- 15¼ in. (38.7 cm.) high.
