Of rectangular form with a stepped cornice mounted with a pair of griffons flanked by Egyptian masks, with a pair of double doors with glazed panels, mounted with stylized foliate surrounds, the lower panels mounted with oak wreaths surmounted by cooing doves, the sides mounted with female figures holding aloft laurel wreaths within diamond-shaped surrounds, on a conforming base with rounded feet
