"Most recently a magnum at Wilf Jaeger's DRC tasting: brownish, mature rim; very sweet, fully ripe 'boiled beetroot' nose of great depth and which held magnificently (though one distinguished guest described the bouquet as 'dying flowers'-as a result of the hail).
