FIVE PEARLWARE FIGURES AND A MODEL OF A HOUND
Early 19th century
Comprising: a Staffordshire figure of a woman seated in a brown high-backed chair with a spaniel on her knee; a figure of a woman, possibly Yorkshire, in ochre hat and basket and ochre-spotted coat on a green-washed and lined octagonal base; a figure of a man, perhaps Scottish, in black top hat and frock coat and brown breeches, a rifle at his side, on a grey-green sponged base; a pair of whistles, possibly French, modelled as Napoleon and Josephine with predominantly green and ochre clothes, their heads and backs pierced; and a Staffordshire model of a seated hound with brown markings in iron-red and yellow collar, on a pink tasseled yellow cushion (6)
