Baluster-shaped, with gilt-metal neck and base mounts, chased and engraved with foliage and applied with split seed-pearls, the hinged turquoise blue enamelled cover with vacant gilt shield-shaped cartouche, the cover mount formed as a gem-set baron's coronet, with detachable glass stopper, in fitted velvet case, the outside cover stamped with a baron's coronet
