The square shaped base on four openwork leaf-capped bun feet, each side with a cartouche, one applied with cast shield with an engraved crest, another with an engraved crest and motto and two cast and chased with agricultural motifs, one depicting a steam tractor, the stem modelled as a ribbon-tied wheat sheaf, further applied with beans and clover, with four detachable arms, each with two vine decorated sockets, with a detachable architectural finial applied with four cast seated figures emblematic of peace, commerce, plenty and agriculture, all capped with a detachable cupola, fully marked, the cupola apparently unmarked
