DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)

Well potted with a pear-shaped body and painted with simulated 'heaping and piling' with six flowering and fruiting sprays above upright lappets, with bands of trefoil, key-fret and pendant lappets enclosing flame motifs at the shoulder, the bulb-shaped mouth encircled by a floral scroll and key-fret, all raised on a flaring foot with an outline of waves
