Well painted and enamelled with four quatrefoil medallions enclosing birds in flight amidst branches bearing peonies, pomegranates and peaches, interspersed among eight detached fruit and flower sprays, above upright lappets, the slanting shoulder with four smaller lobed cartouches alternating scenes of birds on peony and pomegranate boughs, all against a cell-pattern ground
