A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE SAUCER DISHES
DAOGUANG, IRON-RED 'BARAGON TUMED' MARKS IN MONGOLIAN SCRIPT (1821-1850)

Each dish enamelled and gilt to the interior with a lotus medallion encircled by a border under the rim containing the Eight Buddhist Emblems alternating with shou characters, the reverse with the 'Seven Regal Treasures' within leaf-shaped panels supported on lotus blossoms, alternated with tasselled lion-masks at the mouth rim
