A CELADON JADE CUP AND CHAMPION VASE
QING DYNASTY, 17TH/18TH CENTURY
Carved with high slightly rounded sides supported on a spreading stepped foot, flanked on either side by openwork handles carved as opposing chilong and young, the base with archaistic yongbao mark set within a square, the stone of a celadon colour with opaque and brown inclusions; and a pale celadon champion vase comprising two tripod conjoined hexagonal vases seperated on either side by sinuous chilong, decorated in low relief with archaistic bands, the stone of celadon colour with brown veining
