Each side depicting an Amazonomachy, one side with four Amazons in combat with six Greek warriors, each Amazon in white wearing a short chiton and crested helmet, each Greek wearing a crested Corinthian helmet and greaves, the goddess Athena advancing on the scene from the right, wearing a long chiton and a crested helmet, each of the combatants holding a shield and wielding a spear; the other side with a similar combat scene between four Amazons and five Greeks; a palmette on either side of the handles; details in added red and white; the reserved tondo centered by a dotted circle
