Including an ape seated on a low rectangular plinth, its bent knees spread wide, the left hand grasping its ankle, the right forearm resting on its knee, with round eyes beneath a furrowed brow, its mouth slightly downturned, preserving white pigment; and a tortoise standing four-square, with a pointed tail and a pinched head, the carapace articulated
