With applied beaded decoration throughout, the shaped top on standard end supports, with further slender spindle uprights and splayed feet with brass foliate capped castors

A table with 'spindle end' trestles of this Grecian lyre pattern features in the 1818 Estimate Sketch Book of Gillows of London and Lancaster (see G.Wills, Craftsmen and Cabinet-Makers of Classic English Furniture, Edinburgh, 1974, fig. 109).
