AN EARLY VICTORIAN ROSEWOOD WORK TABLE

The beaded top with drop leaves above a frieze with two drawers, the upper drawer fitted with a leather lined writing slope, the lower fitted with covered compartments and flanked by scrolled foliate and rosette carved blocks, on shaped beaded standards supports joined by a turned stretcher and with turned roundel decorated feet with brass castors, orginally with a work basket below the drawers
