Slightly corroded capsules. Slightly bin-soiled and scuffed labels. Levels: seven 3.5cms. or better and two 4.5cms. below base of corks
Tasting note: Most recently , at lunch, after a "follow-up" vertical tasting: now medium-deep, mature but healthy colour; fragrant, "refined beetroot" nose; sweet, ripe, lovely flavour but still with quite a bite. Last noted at the Domaine in October 2001 **** M.B.
