Collation: A-N8 n6 O-Z Aa8 Bb10 Cc-Mm8 Nn-Pp6 (A1 blank, A2r incipit, Nn5r tabula, Oo1 blank, Oo2r letter to Drach dated 31 August 1481, index, Pp6v blank). 306 leaves; quire n misbound after Mm and noted by the contemporary rubricator. 44 lines, double column. Type: 1:130G (opening), 2:94aG (text). Opening initial in interlocking red and blue, 2-3-line initials and headlines in red, yellow capital strokes, initial spaces left blank in last few quires. (Light dampstaining, marginal wormhole, a few smudges, A1.8 and Pp1.6 rehinged, small tears in last leaf effecting a few letters.) Contemporary unbevelled wooden boards, later half sheep, evidence of single fore-edge clasp (modern flyleaves); early title written on lower edges. Provenance: Johannes Reymbahe of Wroclaw, bequeathed to -- Caspar Lipticz (d.1502, canon of the Augustinian monastery at Wroclaw) -- Nicolaus Lipticz (ownership note, 1529) -- Wroclaw, Augustinian Canons Regular (18th-century inscription, booklabel).
