the thinly potted body of compressed globular form rising to the high shoulders and slightly raised rim, the exterior incised with lotus, peony and prunus sprays between a ruyi band around the rim and lotus petal panels around the base, with pierced wooden stand -- 4¼in. (10.5cm.) diam.
