Half-titles, 16-page advertisements bound at end of the Appendix. 47 etched plates and 2 loose folding maps (lacking two loose maps in vol. I, one loose map in Vol. II, and one loose map in the Appendix, lacking frontispiece in Vol. II, some minor spotting, a few holes along folds of the loose maps with occasional minor loss). (Some occasional pale spotting.) Original greenish-blue blindstamped cloth, Freeman's variant a with the spine imprint COBURN LONDON and the author's names (rebacked, preserving original spines).
