A PARCEL-GILT SILVER BOWL WITH SERVING FORK
Maker's mark of Wood & Hughes, New York, circa 1875
Shaped oblong, raised on four openwork feet cast with matted acanthus and scrolls, the plain body with curled rims on opposite sides, the curled handles applied with cast lobsters, the fork with gilt bowl, the handle with filigree work and a cast putti terminal, marked under base and on back of handle
