etching, aquatint, engraving and roulette, circa 1840, on wove paper, with narrow margins or trimmed on or just inside the platemark, surface scrapes and rubbed patches throughout (touched), a crease at right affecting the subject, staining on the reverse, other minor defects; and a collection of thirty-three etchings with aquatint, engraving and roulette, after KARL BODMER, and one etching with aquatint after an unknown artist, on wove paper, staining and surface scrapes throughout, many plates with margins folded back, other defects, generally in poor condition, sold as a collection of plates not subject to return (35)
