Possibly Aaron Willard (1783-1864), Boston, circa 1810
The circular glazed dial door door with brass bezel enclosing a white-painted dial with Roman numeral chapter ring above a tapering throat with conforming mint-green, white, black and gilt-decorated eglomise panel decorated with pendant floral vine with a border and flanked by brass openwork scrolled spandrels above a rectangular base with similarly decorated eglomise panel cupboard door, inscribed "WILLARD'S PATENT"
