A PAIR OF GILT AND ENAMELED-DECORATED PORCELAIN URNS
Attributed to Tucker and Hemphill China Factory (active 1826-1838), Philadelphia, 1827-1828
Each of baluster-form with flaring rim above a cylindrical neck over a baluster body with applied pierced handles in the form of a winged serpent above a stepped flaring foot over a square base, the neck, handles, foot and base decorated with gilt bands, the body decorated with bouquets of flowers of various colors, signed in ink on bottom, "M Gito"
