Of architectural outline the chamfered lid with pen-engraved roundel to the reverse depicting a classical maiden, inscribed Zum Andenken den 8 April, enclosing a fitted interior with six brass containers above an oval body flanked by turned columns, on a simulated stone plinth decorated with a panel to the front inlaid with a bow and dart and one to the back with an eagle
