The rectangular case modelled in the Chinese taste, with central inlaid mother-of-pearl cartouche depicting a Chinese riverside scene with boat, cliff and rustic tree, possibly by Vladimir Makovsky, within a red enamel surround with black enamel detail, the interior gilt-lined, circa 1925, French marks
