A Victorian diamond three stone ring
Of half-hoop design, the central cushion-shaped old brilliant-cut diamond flanked by two smaller old brilliant-cut diamonds, claw-set in gold mount with diamond accents, the engraved hoop with black enamel decoration, with inscription 'My Dear Husband September 22nd, 1869'
Accompanied by report No. 980555 for the principal diamond, dated 26th April 2006 from The Precious Stone Laboratory, London stating the diamond weighing 4.47 carats is H colour, Pique 1 clarity, with very stong blue fluorescence
