With consultative status at both the United Nations and the Council of Europe, WSPA is building a united global animal welfare movement to further our vision of a world where animal welfare matters, and animal cruelty ends. WSPA supports and implements animal welfare programmes. These typically incorporate elements of campaigning, educational work and/or direct aid. with golden mohair, brown and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, remains of black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs, hump and FF button in ear, late 1920s --10½in. (26.5cm.) high (general wear and thinning, pads recovered, left ear part loose and top of back seem resewn)
