'Monsieur Montand', a French teddy bear
with golden mohair, orange and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, ears on the side of his head, swivel head, jointed limbs with reddish brown pads, card lined feet and hump, 1930s --22in. (56cm.) high (slight general wear, fading, slight damage to feet pads and a few black stitching strands missing)
