Of baluster form and quatrefoil section, painted in camaïeu bleu with bouquets and flower-sprays, the moulded foliate rims and handle enriched in blue and gilding, the hinged domed foliate cover with a blue and gilt tulip finial, the mount with a shell thumbpiece, gilt line rims (slight wear to gilding, cover with chipping to finial, chip to rim and chip to underside of rim)
