The first with a broad one-piece skull rising to a tall cabled comb previously studded with lining rivets, narrow down-turned brim coming to blunt points, recessed border struck with Nuremberg mark and turned roped edge, the second with one piece skull, cabled comb, narrow brim struck with a mark drawn up to short points front and rear and cabled edge (lining rivets missing, the points bent front and rear)
The first -- 11½ in. (29.3 cm.) high; the second -- 9¾ in. (24.8 cm) high. (2)
