The dial signed Wm. Bond & Son Boston No. 289 with later gold hour and minute hands, blued steel hands to the up/down dial and seconds ring, the movement with reversed fusee, Earnshaw-type spring detent escapement with Hartnup's cut bimetallic balance, blued steel helical balance spring, the dial plate punch-numbered 1026, similarly numbered bowl, the three-tier brass-bound rosewood box, top lid replaced, with mother-of-pearl plaque to the front engraved Wm. Bond & Son, Boston
