The hood with foliate cresting and circular side panels, the trunk with thermometer above barometer, on panelled plinth, the 12 in. diameter silvered Roman dial signed William Ingram, blued steel hands and sweep seconds, subsidiary date ring, the eight day movement with dead beat escapement and rack strike on bell, on later seatboard, dial and movement probably associated to case, 19th Century, with adaptations -- 82¾ in. (210 cm.) high; two case keys, two weights, pendulum
