The stepped top case with quatrefoil-pierced brass side frets and with fret panel to rear door, on bombé base, the silvered and engraved Roman dial with blued steel trefoil hour hand, signed WEBSTER,/QUEEN VICTORIA ST./LONDON./18587, the eight day movement with rectangular plates, single chain fusee with anchor escapement -- 14¾ in. (37.5 cm.) high; pendulum, key, case key
