A carved pale celadon bottle vase, 18th/early 19th Century
of globular form with a tall straight neck, carved with two confronting dragons on foliated ground holding a lingzhi stem in their jaws, between ruyi and inverted leaves band around the shoulder and lotus petals above the foot, with upright stiff leaves around the neck and key-fret border below the rim -- 12 9/16in. (31.9cm.) high
