A cloisonne enamelled ruyi sceptre, 19th Century
the shaped terminals and central panel with pierced decoration, the larger panel with a large peony flowerhead flanked by twin pheonix, the lower with a deer and cranes amongst pine and bamboo trees, the body decorated with Shou charcters surrounded by a variety of scrolling flowering foliage - 16in. (40.7cm) high, wood stand.
