With rounded sides and flattened rim, incised and painted with a central shou character roundel and bats amongst scrolling, entwined lotus, the well with the Eight Buddhist Emblems above lotus blooms, the rim with further shou characters and archaistic dragon designs, the exterior with bats amongst fruiting peach branches -- 16 1/8in. (41cm) diam.
