Further details
Although reputed to have been a gift from Mrs. Fitzherbert to the Prince Regent, this seems unlikely as they had parted by 1816, the date on the silver blades. It was, no doubt, some presentation to the Prince Regent and a remarkable demonstration of the cutler's art.
