Cylindrical, of oval section, with screw-on cap, perforated with vertical bands of holes down either side of front & back, the front engraved with the Royal Arms, the top inscibed "Patented 1896", the base inscribed "Instra Pocket Stove, 47, Cannon St., Warmth is Life", 4¾ in. high (12 cm.), gross weight 6 oz.
