Shaped rectangular, the base and sides engine-turned, the cover engraved with a presentation inscription, "Presented by the inhabitants of Tuxford and Neighbourhood to Reuben Wade, as a token of his Efficient Conduct in the discharge of his duties as Police Constable, Sept 1st. 1849" -- 3¼ in. (8.4 cm.)
