the former with maker's mark of the Barker Brothers, London, 1898, one fruit bowl stamped Schmitz, 20th Century, the other stamped Gebr. Friedlander, 20th Century

The salver of shaped circular form, the moulded rim decorated with scrolls, rocaille and shell motifs, one fruit bowl raised on shaped circular base, the fluted circular body with shaped spreading rim and fitted with glass liner, the other on circular base, the body terminating to a shaped square upper rim, the swing handle moulded with flowers - 23.5cm diam and smaller (1058gr)
