Decorated throughout with foliate arabeques and line inlay, with three small drawers above a cylinder front inlaid with a ribbon-wreathed palmette and bell flower swags, enclosing a fitted interior with satinwood veneered drawers and pigeon holes and leather lined writing surface hinged to conceal further compartments, and with five further drawers around an arched kneehole, on square tapering legs with brass capped castors, the ratchetted writing slope warped.
