Each figure shown with hands held in front of the body and standing on a seperate square base decorated on each side with either a fruit or flower spray, wearing elaborate brocaded robes molded with insects, lappets and lotus leaves, their faces with sweet, contented expressions and their hair worn in two flattened topknots
