A FINE AND RARE PALE CELADON-GLAZED CARVED DISH
YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)
The rounded sides flaring slightly towards the rim, the interior carved with two phoenixes in flight between peony sprigs, with a plain circular medallion in the center and a band of key fret at the rim, covered inside and out with a glaze of very pale blue-green tone
7 3/8 in. (18.9 cm.) diam.
