inscribed 'Een Caart van de Hofstede Horst-ten/daal midtsgaders derselver Landereyen/Bleekereyen, en Warmoesiers Tuynen door Jan Spruytenburg ordinaris /Landmeter Ao: 1743 gemeten en is groot bevonden te syn.........', extensively inscribed with a key to the estate, inscribed 'Jan Pieterse/Langevelt' and 'DE HEER JAN SIX' indicated neighbouring estates; pencil, pen and brown ink, watercolour, the handwritten keys inset, grey and orange ink framing lines, losses at the lower edge
