Inlaid all over with flowers, the shaped top above three frieze drawers, the central lockplate engraved P. SORMANI/10, r. Charlot, the sides each with a pull-out slide, inset with a black leather writing-surface, the back with simulated drawers, on cabriole legs each headed by a scrolling foliate mount and scrolling acanthus-cast sabots
