A Chinese turquoise-glazed vase, 18th century
of flattened and lobed pear-shaped form, with a splayed foot and flared rim, applied with dragon-fish handles, covered but for the rims with a turquoise glaze thinning around the raised areas -- 9½in. (24.1cm.) high
