A Chinese famille rose vase, 19th century, later mounted as a lamp
of baluster shape, decorated with a pair of phoenix perched on rockwork amongst pomegranate, daisies, peonies and lingzhi fungus, between stylised petals above the foot and a ruyi-head border around the shoulders, similarly decorated around the neck -- 21 7/16in. (54.4cm.) high overall
