The side with applied engraved shield-shaped cartouche -- 1 7/8ins. (4.7cms.); a Continental silver slide-action vesta case, each side stamped with a tavern scene -- 2½ins. (6.2cms.); a curved rectangular vesta case, the exterior with rayed decoration, opening to reveal three compartments, Birmingham 1913 -- 2¾ins. (7cms.); and a box-type example in the form of a purse, engine-turned overall, import marks for London 1925 -- 2 1/8ins. (5.4cms.) (4)
